Incoming Text from operator EE after Port in to vodafone

Hi 

I have ported in my Lyca mobile number into vodafone PAYG since the port completed, I am unable to receive incoming text message only from operator EE

I can text them and everything else works, including calls data.

have tried many options but cant make it work, can anyone help here ?

Hi @acacio23 

I would recommend speaking to Vodafone through the Customer Service channels, they will be able to look into this and if necessary, raise a split port issue with Lyca on your behalf and get this problem solved.
