I need some help i activated a new sim added credit and sent out a group text letting everyone know i had changed numbers and all of sudden got a text saying the sim has been barred and that i should contact the fraud team i have done this and it takes me to a voicemail ive left all the relevant details and still haven’t heard from anyone this is a joke i need help resolving this issue

Hey @Alpresi, this can happen when the first message sent out is to a large number of recipients. This is to avoid our numbers being used for spam texts. Once you've been in touch with our Fraud team, your number should be re-activated within 24 hours. If it isn't, or you like us to see if we can expedite this for you.
