Pay as you go Top Up issue

I've just bought a Pay as you go SIM card. 

Downloaded the application and tried to do a Top Up with one of the offers (£5). The payment was successfully but the offer wasn't activated. What should I do next? I'm not able to receive/make phone calls.

It can sometimes take a short while for everything to set up @alexandruSandu however Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can take a closer look at your account.

Is your tariff showing in your myvodafone or instead is the payment shown as taken from your bank account. If the payment is just showing as taken then it might just be gated off by your bank awaiting for Vodafone to collect payment.

Try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On and or choose another network in the phones connection settings and then re choose Vodafone.
