Payg voucher 1w0 error code

I am trying to activate a vouchet to top up my phone. This time I keep getting a 1w0 error code. Why? I never had any problems activating a voucher before now. Same phone etc. Need to top up by tomorrow before my £10 BVB runs out.

You don't mention the method you are using to activate the voucher @Isaachunt , try a different method, you shouldn't have any problems activating the voucher online entering the 12 digit voucher number.  There is further information here : Top Up .  Additional information here: Support 

 

If you continue to have problems it's going to need account access live chat or 191 Customer Services are there to help and will be able to activate the voucher.
