Trying to buy a vodafone phone and they don't explain the payment plan well at all, hoping I can get help here.
IF I get a 20 euro plan where it says it tops up every month, is that a mandatory payment every month or if I top up by 5 euro or something during the month do I still have to pay 20 at the end of the month.
