Recharge data

Hello,I have a question about Vodafone monthly 1 GB.

I bought my sim card in Hungary Vodafone store,and I wanted to charge 2 GB data.

But there is no 2GB selction in Vodafone app,so I paid a charge of 2GB first,and I applied twice for monthly 1GB by text message to 1207.

But 1GB of 2GB was not charged,

and I got a message one of monthly 1GB was disactive. Can you tell me where the rest of my data went and what should I do?
