I recently left Vodafone to transfer to a new provider and transferred my number. I am trying to get a refund of my balance from Vodafone. Online chat advisors cannot help and when I call the refund number cannot get thorough as my number is no longer a Vodafone number! Any suggestions?

Any problems, follow this link Contact Us and speak directly to the Social Team though Twitter or Facebook social channels.

Thanks I’ve tried this but since my number has been transferred my online account has been deactivated and it won’t let me set up a new one!
