Hello @Olguta19

Welcome to the Vodafone UK Community Forum.

Not being sure what your current status is I'll provide a couple of answers.

  •  If your wanting to move your current Vodafone UK mobile phone number to a new sim card then you need to sim swap. A Vodafone Highstreet Store can do this for you but take some identification. Or contact customer services and ask for a blank sim card and do the sim swap at home when it arrives in the post.
  • If your moving from another UK Network then ask them for a Pac and give that to Vodafone within 30 days and they'll transfer your number from your previous network to your new Vodafone Payg account.
  • Here is the official Vodafone link all about porting to Vodafone UK. my-vodafone-account/keep-my-number.

Keep My Number Form.

Payg sim cards are free from a Vodafone Highstreet Store or order one via Vodafone Free Payg Sim Card Order Form.

Or are around £1 from supermarkets , convenience stores or petrol stations etc.

These are the Vodafone Payg plans … Big Value Bundle

Payg1.

The Vodafone Social Media Team's via Social Media  can also help if you need further information.

Speak to your network.

It shouldn't be an issue.

See pac-code/lebara-keep-number.
