Top up code not recognised

On 3 Aug, bought a £5 voucher for my PAYG phone, and it isn't recognised.  Please don't make me take it back to the store - that would take half the day.

dongle with pay as you go

i use a pay as you go sim with usb dongle .. i put £50.00 on it on the 4th july and now it wont let me access the internet my balance shows 50.00
