Is the service available for PAYG customers to be able to change from a physical sim to an eSim?

Hi @j0nezjm012019uk Our e-SIM service isn't available for Pay As You Go customers. We're always investing in our network to ensure we're providing the best possible service to our customers, but at the moment this isn't a service we offer for Pay As You Go.
