Why is Vodafone reporting 2 separate account on my experian, equifax credit accounts? I have renewed my pay monthly contract and there are now 2 separate accounts on my profile. This had affected my credit score greatly. Please help

The Vodafone Credit File Team should be able to help @Benji49
You can't speak to them directly but if you contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM they'll collate the information from you and pass it on.
