So.. I upgraded both lines on my account, my new plans include 5g ultra. One plan has it listed as an active extra in the extras tab on the app, and mentions it in the my plan section,
on the other line it says I have no active extras in the extras tab, but it does mention it in the plan?
why the difference? Is it active on one plan but not the other?

Yes @deryklane85 5G Ultra is added to your account and will include the second number. According to this information 5G Ultra Vodafone will also send a notification text when you are given access to the 5G Ultra network.

This has been resolved, it’s now appears to have fixed itself somehow overnight,
