Absolutely shocking

I have traded in my mobile … I sent my phone  on the 21st of sept and dpd have said they won’t deliver my phone back to Vodaphone until the 7th October - DPD are useless and won’t help me and neither will Vodafone does anybody know who can help me!! 

im thinking of cancelling the whole thing and going with someone else - absolutely shocking customer service

Hey Katie - I’ve got EXACTLY the same problem! I also traded my phone in 21st September - and delivery delayed exactly the same as you describe?? Did yours change to 2nd of October today?

Hey yes it changes today and is now back being held in the depot it’s absolute joke … DPD are useless and so are Vodafone customer service no use what so ever … really wish I hadn’t bothered … do yours say held at depot now ?

Yes it does - I’ve been talking with Vodafone and they say they’ve tagged my situation and are in talks with DPD. They’ll update me on the Monday… it’s an absolute joke I agree
