Greetings,
I've bought 2 pay monthly sims for my twins on black friday. But still havent got sim cards. I've asked the customer service of Vodafone yesterday but they told me "my order is cancelled" without letting me know. And they can't provide same deal. Anyone has had same issue? Is there any consumer arbitration committee or something to solve this?

I suspect the reason for the order being cancelled is due to a problem with the credit check @Kaano . If you are a new customer and had ordered just the one SIM there may not have been a problem. Before adding an additional line Vodafone have a three month clear payment rule this gives Vodafone an idea as to how you manage the account and monthly payments. Unfortunately, if this is due to the credit check you will need to give it 3 months before applying again, this give your credit file time to recover from the search.

But why did they send me confirmation email and contract? Or If they would let me know when they cancel it, I would look for elsewhere. This is not professional at all
