Hi all sorry if this is in the wrong place ...I have applied for the black friday deal but as yet have not had any conformation back.I have tried speaking to vodoafone and xiaomi  but all they do is pass me from one to the other  any IDEAS??????

Usually most answers are found in the small print and T&C's of a promotional offer.

Can I ask you to link to the offer that you want to take up / taken up.

I'm sure the Vodafone Social Media Team's will be able to help if you contact them via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

Cant find the offer as its gone now but it was for the xiaomi E scooter  if u got the 11TPRO i used the claim form and it says the order is there but no idea how long and if its been accepted but thanks for your reply

Do still give the Vodafone Social Media Team's a try as well.

Please be wary of Leaving this too long as promotional offers typically come hand in hand with strict eligibility criteria etc.

Hi I applied on 7th December when my phone arrived as I had to use the IMEI number on the box. I received an order confirmation from Xiaomi which was like a retail order but with the full amount discounted but it said I would have to wait 21 days for it to be accepted as they would need to confirm the purchase. I received a text from Vodafone that said to use the confirmation email they sent when I ordered it so I had to take a screenshot of it as they would only upload jpg or png files. So that's what I sent. Got an email today (2 days after claiming period ended) from Xiaomi to say my application has been rejected, then a link to customer support in a company called fonua.com. Will update when I get an answer to why it was rejected. Feels like a scam.
