Hi I was wondering wether its possible to sell my phone while its still under an evo contract I've heard you cant from some sources then others say you can I was wondering If anybody could clear this up for me?
The phone is your property from the start and you can do whatever you wish. The device plan is completely separate and that is the reason you are given the options of Trading in the phone and upgrading early. Indeed many choose to sell the phone privately and put the money towards paying off the device loan credit agreement.
