Can not access VeryMe rewards

I’m exhausted with Vodafone

 

since switching my number from Vodafone PAYG to a Vodafone pay monthly account 4 weeks ago, i have not been able to access veryme rewards.

 

i have spoken to customer services, they admitted they do not know how to help but gave me an email address to contact, rewards at vodafone.co.uk

 

however the email address is not valid and i am clueless on where to turn for help

For some inexplicable reason, VeryMe rewards has now started working for me. I have no idea what has changed, but all I can conclude is that neither this forum, nor Vodafone customer services, are any help whatsoever.

Unfortunately, we can't see these @jamesoniphone. Please could you re-post them?

I have, Jack, on two posts (now 3 including this one). Press the "View more options" button on the posts to see attachments.

Any help, anyone? I am yet to received any correct answer. Customer support are still clueless about how to help. It can't be this difficult, surely??

The best way to reach them is through our Social Media channels here. Are you able to access your normal MyVodafone app and your online account still?

I have paid 2 bills and received a third, still no access to VeryMe rewards.

97888 is a defunct number and nothing happens when you text ACCESS to this

Is yours still working? I am in the same position as you and have spent hours on the phone trying to get it resolved. My app started working just before Christmas and I thought it was sorted, but it’s not working again now.

@chamment I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your app. Our standard troubleshooting (without being in your account) would be:

  1. Reset the app. Open the MyVodafone app > Settings > App Settings > Reset the app > Reset
  2. Ensure you have the most up to date version of the app through the Apple Store or Google Play Store
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app

If you've already tried the above and it's still not working, please pop our Social Media team a message here. They'll be able to enter your account and see if there is anything there that may be stopping you. Alternatively, they'll be able to chase up with the technical team for you so you're able to gain access to your rewards as soon as possible 🙂

I have tried all advice in here nothing works... i have now submitted a formal complaint to vodaphone.  Its worse than a scam
