SIM card not working after 9 days and countless hours In Vodafone shop and chats on line.

After 9 days of countless chats with Vodafone and 5 hours in the shops I still have no signal. Everything that can be done by Vodafone has been done including 4 SIM card changes. The thing is put my wife’s Vodafone SIM card in and I get 4G right away. Been told god knows how many times give it 24hrs but no change. Customer service is abysmal think I’m going to cancel my account and move to a new provider. Nobody seems to have a clue including the so called Tech team.
