As per the title, I cannot access anything on data - apart from Netflix which works fine.
Can't access Facebook, twitter, google.
Qhatsapp messages in/out don't work, imessages do (they come up as blue which means data is being used and they're not sending as texts).
Can anyone explain?
The chatbot thing says there are no restrictions or blocks on my data.

My god, this is so frustrating.
Google and whatsapp are working on the replacement SIM, but no social media is working.
Facebook/twitter/snapchat etc.etc., not working.
I can get into the vodafone app, but the chat facility won't work ('oops something went wrong')
So ANOTHER trip into town. costing me petrol and parking to visit the physical shop.

Have you tried resetting your network settings as recommended by Apple here ? : Apple Support @bowfer
Also assuming you have a reasonably generous data allowance, data is automatically capped when you are close to the allowance but you should have received a notification from Vodafone to let you know you were close to the limit.
Try synchronising to Finder, this will update your APN settings.
