Can't contact Tobi?

Anyone else find that nothing happen when they click to ask Tobi something?

I was expecting to receive a free trade in envolope for my old phone when I received my new phone, but never received anything.

If I'm honest I don't really get on with the Tobi Ai.

I'd suggest to ask via 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM. 

As far as I believe you maybe also able to drop the phone into a Vodafone Highstreet Store but check first @ShaggyAlonso

TOBI is worse then useless.

It doesn't do anything and has been created by Vodafone specifically to keep any questions away.
