'It looks like you have an active YouTube subscription.' message popping up. Cancelled my original subscription and it expired 16th of september, but message still keep popping up.

So it won’t let me get my subscription either, I’ve reset the app and everything I can think of and it still won’t work. It just stays on the same page that I have posted on here, I’ve even been on the chat and they said there’s no reason for it not to work! So annoying, can you please help or give me some advice please?

I bring good news! Today I spoke with Mohamed who was able to reset my account and I now have YouTube Premium.
Unfortunately I did have to raise a complaint but to their credit, Vodafone responded the same day. Mohamed was able to tweak something that the call centre staff couldn't do. I then had to log in on an incognito tab in Chrome and it all worked. I am being refunded some of the charges where I was paying for the entertainment pack and not able to use it.
If you are still waiting, there is a solution. I would urge you to raise a complaint via the online form and it will be sorted out for you. It's a pity that it has to become a complaint to get it sorted but I'm so glad it has been.

Great news . Mine was also fixed after a week of waiting. Not exactly sure what they did but was sent a new link to click on and it all magically worked again!!

Good news! I spoke with Mohamed today, and he was able to reset my account—now I finally have YouTube Premium.
I did have to file a complaint, but to Vodafone’s credit, they responded the same day. Mohamed managed to fix something the call center couldn't, and after logging in through an incognito tab in Chrome, everything worked. They're also refunding me for the time I was paying but couldn't use the service.
If you're still waiting, I highly recommend submitting a complaint through the online form—it gets things moving. It’s frustrating that it takes a complaint to fix it, but I’m just glad it's sorted.
