Contract still rolling after using pac

Vodafail is still billing me despite using pac code  how do I end this madness?

This is our preferred method to complete security @JAMESORCHARD, apologies the agent didn't spot you had a complete loss of service, and tried an alternative method. But at least we're moving along now and they'll be able to take a look into this for you soon.

Well the old network settings didn't work lol

Why can't voxi/vodafone grasp is that if you ring my number now no ringing tone no voicemail nothing so how can it be my end

So who is your new provider and what did they say about why it's not working?

Funny enough it's voxi and they are saying nothing wrong that end and it's a glitch with sim card 🙄 and they are going too reset account which will take 2 to 24hrs which I know will not make a difference.  I've been back in contact with vodafone complaints who said they are going to escalate it as a matter of urgency but no mobile service and voicemail that 80% of my customers contact me on is not good for business. No service since about 6 o'clock last night........

When I first found the issue with contract  I obviously got in contact with vodafone who said it was spusu. co .uk  fault for not porting the number properly even tho it was working correctly and then again correctly  with voxi. Interesting that when I got in contact with spusu they said this(
We actually have this issue quite a lot recently with customers who ported from Vodafone. The issue is actually on the side of Vodafone and not ourselves. In terms of resolving this issue I can confirm that your number successfully ported to us on the 11th of June. 

One thing we can do to prove this is for us, the customer service team to download the logs of your activity on our network and send that to you via email. This can then be used to prove to Vodafone that you were active on our network.)
