You will be needing a copy of the email sent to you at the time of taking out the contract detailing everything agreed at the time, if you are unable to locate this, Customer Services or live chat will be able to email a copy. You can also speak to the Social Team here: Contact Us When a contract is taken out through a store, the contract terms would have been provided to you at the time of agreement.
If you check your online account or Application, you can you will be able to see your plan overview this will include your monthly line rental, any agreed discount, upgrade and contract end date.
