Im due for an upgrade in 4 days, but i cant upgrade as i havent passed the credit check? Even though i have 2 phones, broadband, and a smartwatch and have been a customer for nearly 3 years, and the new phone would be even cheaper then im paying now... ?

It’s utterly bizarre that Vodafone are willingly turning down customers who’ve been with them for a long time. O2 don’t credit check their refresh customers for upgrades so no idea why Vodafone do it. For new business I get it, but where you have a long standing business relationship, to suddenly say “nah thanks you’re alright we don’t want your business” is just ludicrous.

Well this time last year i bought s22 from samsung ( regreted it ever since, loved all previous versions i have had bit not this one), weirdly i could get credit to pay for the phone over a few months yet vodafone wouldn't give me credit, every other week i get emails trying to get me to upgrade from the sim only contract i am now on, not tried to as of yet.
