Anyone having issues with data usage not being available on the web site and the app ?

Yes this is happening to me also! I upgraded last week and the new data allowance was not showing. I left it until today as I though it would be ok , with new billing cycle. Advisor on chat made a change and it is now showing. But not convinced it is working as still show 120gb after days use. Apparently it is an issue with the 120gb data plan for anyone who upgraded and they are trying to fix it! I was told the same rest app delete app and re install. Nothing worked until today.

@john_44 - I’m glad to hear the agent fixed it so that the data allowance is now showing. If it’s still not showing the amount of data you’ve used, then please reach out to us through Social Media. We can then take your account details and check this from our side
