Hi, I was using the my Vodafone app to adjust my plan and charges. I was trying to activate a data cap to ensure I didn't go over my limit. I have accidentally disabled data usage completely. When I try to go back to the same page where I deactivated data usage I'm given the message 'your device is not eligible for data usage'. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi @AidenWilko! You're able to remove the data bar in your online account and My Vodafone app under Manage Bars & Extras 🙂

Hi, this is all I'm getting on my bars screen I've managed to turn my data cap back off again but my data has been disabled all together
