New sim only contract

Hi there am a new user to vodafone 

just wonderig any one has had problems with getting the wrong plan as advertised

ok i seen a deal at carphonewarehouse £16 

has many great little perks extra data 

but when i login to my accoont i only have 60GB showing and its on red 20 plan

or is it once the 60 is used it adds to my allowance 

even checked extras nothing there but safety net that i dont need

Hi @jrocks 

This is a Carphone plan, you are going to need to speak to the third party for clarification about the SIM only contract you have been sold. 

If you download the Application you should be able to see the promotional data and would use the core allowance first, when this has been used the extra 20% will start.

Thanks for the fast reply i will wait for a bit when i use some more data see if the extras show its only showing the 60GB on app maybe as i just activated it may take time
