Hi,
I had an unjust default put on my credit score which I was assured would be removed last September - I have the transcript of my conversation where it stated how sorry Vodafone were about this (as it's causing all kinds of problems) and that it would be removed ASAP....
It's still on my report and I need it removing, can anyone help please?

Hi Gemma, I don’t have access to Social Media, I went via the Bot as it suggested on the page I clicked through to but it was no help.
