Default removal after payment

Hello. Just checked my credit file. Have a default  for £18 registered in Oct 23. I  didn’t have any comms from you otherwise I would have paid.  Please tell me how I can pay in full immediately and how the default can be removed. Thank you. Appreciate your help.

If you settle the amount, the default cannot and should not be removed, but be marked as settled.

If you want a default removed, you should contest its validity.
