Defence discount service card

Hi I wonder if somebody could help me. I'm an British army veteran with a dds (defence discount service) card. Would I be able to use this in store to join the Vodafone Advantage scheme? Thankyou for your time.

Thankyou for your reply. I was wondering because I contacted the dds website and they said they had no offers for vodafone. I wasn't sure if this meant online or just no discount at all (as in not in store). I was curious because I'm nearing the end of my contract and 02 offer 25% off.

I'm having the exact same problem with this. Vodafone advertise the offer, say you need to go to the DDS website to get the code to apply online when upgrading. But like you said they don't have an offer for Vodafone, they aren't on the website or anything. I've tried talking to people at Vodafone and not one person can help me. Also like you said other networks are offering the discount and cheaper than Vodafone too. Its very confusing can we get the discount or are they false advertising now

It looks like were unable to get a discount. I asked instore and they said only online so with no code im guessing vodafone are trying to look good without actually offering a discount

I had the same response from DDS they are in contact with Vodafone to get the advert removed off Vodafone website. 

I did however manage to get the 25% discount by using the employee advantage scheme, by clicking I don't have a work email and then using a personal email address and uploading a photo of the DDS card it self. I have now took out the contract with this discount. Whether it stays applicable I don't know but thought I'd post how I did it so others can maybe try too.
