I was with vodafone years ago and had a My Vodafone account. I have rejoined and have a new My Vodafone account.
How do I delete my old username/account? No one on the chat seems to be able to do it even though I have wasted over two hours on chat trying to get people to do it.

What do I have to do to get my Online Account deleted/cleansed !!!? I called and chatted about at least 5 times with Vodafone and every time I've been told it will be done in 24-48h and I am losing patience now. I moved my number from one card to another and my online account is totally messed up: I don't see my real plan date and charges, I can not access some settings. I need it shut down so I can open a brand new with the same email address !!!!! Is it too much to ask I don't get it

I had a dongle (which never used) and the contract was cancelled. and I just checked my credit report and it is still showing I had a account (even though the balance is £0) - I believe it improves credit rating if all stopped contracts no longer show up (hopefully that makes sense). How do I do this please
