I received a tracking number along with an order confirmation email for my "Only SIM" plan. The tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, but my mailbox is empty, and I haven't received anything. Is there a difference between Vodafone delivery and Royal Mail delivery? Could you please help me understand what went wrong and assist in locating the missing item?
