Entertainment pack wrong billing

I have been in touch with Vodafone at least 4 times to sort out my entertainment package. I am being charged 9.99 extra when it should be inclusive. I have cancelled and resubscribe twice following their advice and I am still being charged. When I manage my subscription, it even says its inclusive until July 2022. I cannot get sense from Vodafone. They reassured me the charge is taken off but it is still there. 

 

I am sick of getting in touch and then getting disconnected or just plain wrong advice.

 

Has anyone had the same issue and how do I fix it?

I want to cancel this contract but they say I have to pay a cancellation fee, even though they are not providing the service.
