Entertainment packages

Just changed my pay monthly contract over to one that has an entertainment package included. When I go to the entertainment page to activate it, it is showing some options, but saying I have to pay to add one  but it should be free as part of the contract. How do I resolve this?

That doesn't sound right @Spiritflame Have you texted Entertainment to 97613?  

 

If you have followed support to activate your entertainment package on this link Entertainment further help and support from the forum here: Entertainment Packs and are still having problems drop the Social Team a message through Social Channels with a link to the thread here: Contact Us they will have the necessary account access and get this solved for you.

Thank you both for the advice. I contacted the social media team and this is now resolved - it needed a refresh at Vodafones end but all sorted now. 

Hey, I had the very same issue. Took an hour to resolve over live chat 😑 awful.

 

The original link directed me to page saying i had to pay £9.99 a month as an additional charge when it should be part of the package. Customer service told me to continue with it and I won't get charged?! 🤣 Yeah right. I did not continue... 

 

Vodafone had to canx the package entirely. Then re-add the package. Then sent a new link which was

https://offers.vodafone.com/gb

 

Make sure you turn wifi off and use mobile data.
