Hi @Mark23
What usually happens is that the money showing as taken has actually been gated off by your bank away from your available bank balance while Vodafone collect.
If the order does not get acceoted etc then the funds wouldn't be collected by Vodafone and the funds would drop back into your available balance in your bank account.
Your banks customer services can clarify.
In regards to questions about a Vodafone Account these can only be answered usually via accessing the account which isn't available via the forum.
You would need to speak with Vodafone Customer Services via 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎

As you have failed the credit check the upfront payment wouldn't have been taken @Mark23 if it was not claimed by Vodafone it would have been returned to your available bank balance usually within 4 to 5 working days.
When you take out a device on a Evo contract, after selecting the device, you would have been directed to the SIM only page to build your airtime contract to go with the phone and been sent a SIM card with the number.
As far as the order number is concerned you can track this here: Track Order If the order still showing, live chat will be in a position to clarify for you, there is also the Social Team using Facebook or Twitter social media channels.
