I’ve had issues setting up my Apple Watch cellular connector on one number. Every team forwards me to another team.
after hours and hours going in circles, I have to go deal with something in life and the chat times out meaning I have to start again as the chat times out after just a few minutes and there’s no way to continue the old query.
I try call 191 to speak to a human and no matter the option I choose, it says the fastest way to speak to us is online then kills the phone call and tells me to speak to Toni again.
4 days and 27 hours chasing Vodafone and still no where.
I phone 191 to cancel as I’m fed up of this level of service. That kills then phone call then tells me to go online. The online chat tells me to call 191 so stuck???
How the ##~## am I meant to move forward? Vodafone customer service gets worse every year.

I totally understand and appreciate your frustrated at the support thus far.
What issues have you been facing with your watch and One Number may I ask ?
