Help my SIM won't active

Hi my name is Stacey Glenn I have activated my SIM and paid for the unlimited bundle and received my order confirmation email but cannot log into my account and the SIM is not activated please help me I have been threw the set up and been charged twice now for the £30 package and still have no data and I'm not able to make any calls

It can take up to 24 hours for the SIM to activate @STACEdaACE and you should find the service fully online by tomorrow morning.  Usually a quick turn off and back on does the trick.  When the service is online, you will also be able to register an online account and download the Application to manage the account.

 

If you are porting over a number from an alternative network and provided a PAC the service will activate when the number moves.
