Hi @Lilyf! For sales over £250, you'll need to email goldnumbersales@help.vodafone.co.uk with the following:

• Full Name
• Postcode
• Vodafone Account Number or Mobile Number
• The number you'd like to replace and the number you'd like to request

For sales under £250, please contact 191 from a Vodafone phone or 03333 040191 and a member of the Customer Services team will be able to assist you 🙂
