Apologies for the delay, we currently have a backlog due to the ongoing COVID situation.
TDX are an intermediary between Vodafone and the Collection Agencies. Vodafone passed us your account in 02/2019 but we closed and returned to Vodafone in 07/2019.
Therefore any payments/queries would need to be made to Vodafone directly, apologies we can't help any further. For reference, your account number is *******
