I would like to speak to a member of the credit file team in order to clear a default.

Could a member of the credit file team please get in touch so I can pay the outstanding and resolve this matter.

@SimonDoherty08 - So that we can take a payment from you, please call us on 191 free from a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040191 from a different network or landline. 

Once you've made the payment, if you've a dispute with your credit file, then please contact my team through Social Media and we'll get this looked into.

If the matter has got as far as needing the intervention of Credit File Support, the account may not appear on the live system, in which case frontline Customer Services won't be able to see it and may tell you there is no debt.  I'd suggest using Gemma's social media link and taking it from there.  CFS will be able to see the account and its full history and get you sorted.   Ask them to adjust your credit file - they can at least get the flag changed to Settled, if there is one.
