Is the mobile app down for everyone ?

Been like it for over a week now, tried to log in online and it also says “we’re experiencing issues with your digital service. https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/

Call 191 and speaking to someone I can barely understand.

Is there a service provider who garuntees contact with someone from the UK as this is impossible else.

Don’t mind paying more for better customer service.

By coming to the forum @vedabhyas you have found the best Customer Services from Vodafone from the Social Team.  You can contact the Team through social channels by following this link :  Contact Us 

 

As far as your Application is concerned, if your online account is logging in, the Application will follow.  Try going into your Applications, My Vodafone > storage, clear the cache and data and try logging in.  If you still have problems, this will be solved by the Social Team.

I had trouble with it the other day and the solution was to log out and then back in again,   I think there may have been an update and those sometimes cause this issue.
