Been like it for over a week now, tried to log in online and it also says “we’re experiencing issues with your digital service. https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/
Call 191 and speaking to someone I can barely understand.
Is there a service provider who garuntees contact with someone from the UK as this is impossible else.
Don’t mind paying more for better customer service.

As far as your Application is concerned, if your online account is logging in, the Application will follow. Try going into your Applications, My Vodafone > storage, clear the cache and data and try logging in. If you still have problems, this will be solved by the Social Team.

I had trouble with it the other day and the solution was to log out and then back in again, I think there may have been an update and those sometimes cause this issue.
