I had the unfortunate experience of contracting a broadband dongle from Vodafone and skip forward six months after cancellation I now have late payment charges on my credit file which has dropped my credit score, despite a long long call with customer services no one gave a crap with my situation, this was over a payment of just £20 which I was not aware of, I repeatedly explained this and that I paid straight away when I received a letter from a debt agency but to no avail
I don’t regret much in life but totally regret ever opening an account with Vodafone, awful awful service since day 1

We as customers here obviously do not have access to accounts to see what's happened on your account between you and Vodafone however the Vodafone Social Media Teams can ask their Credit File Specialist Teams to look at this for you.
There's no guarantees however that any markers / defaults will be removed if Vodafone find they are warranted. If so they'll remain in situ for 6 years. However you paying the amount owed is also logged on your credit file to show as the amount as settled instead of outstanding.
You can contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
They cannot access accounts via the Vodafone Community Forum.
