Monthly Allowance Renewal Date

Hi, I am thinking about moving to Vodafone… With my current network my monthly allowance renews on 1st of the month.

Is it possible to choose the allowance renewal date with Vodafone, or if I take out the contract on a particular date in the month, will that give me a beginning of the month allowance renewal?

Hi @GXC39D! When you take out a new contract with Vodafone the following happens: Say you take it out on the 1st, your first bill will be produced 48 hours later (on the 3rd) and then you'd be expected to make a payment 10 days after this (on the 13th). If you'd like your allowances to refresh on the 1st, I'd recommend taking the contract out on the 1st. We can change payment terms but we can't change renewal date as that is linked to when you initially took out the contract. I hope this helps 🙂
