My Account - Password Reset

I have gone through the Password Reset process but the resulting email from Voda does not show a temp Password. Tried many times on laptop, tablet and phone. All I get is a red rectangle with a lady in the middle - no temp Password showing. Tried a copy n paste to a Word doc but still no Password Showing!

Customer services unable to help ?

Anyone out there have a clue?

It might be beneficial to go through the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM @CPC48 as they too have access to accounts.

Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. 

It may also be worth checking the preference settings of your email server as this sounds like that coukd be the issue if the required temporary password is being hidden.

I tried Customer Services. They said all they can do is send a password reset email...... which does not show a temp password!!!

They said they will raise an 'issue' which I know from bitter experience goes nowhere.

There must be a manual intervention they can resort to for password reset ? 

All very frustrating !

I have the exact same issue and get the same email that has no temp password!

Hey @nickyp11, have you got in touch with our Social Media team about this? We'll be happy to reset your password and help you get back into your online account.

I haven't been able to get this resolved through social as the automated help just keeps sending me on to reset pw and sends me the empty emails again.

Same experience here. Ive tried more than 6 times and opened email on phone, tablet & laptop - still no password reset........... and Voda say no problem their end.

It's been like this for months!!!!!!
