My phone bill

Hi,  recently I've been having problems with my account. My phone bill has been charging me more than it should.


During May I've been charged 3 times, the 11th May, the 4th of May and the 2nd of May. That's a total of £92 that's been taken out my account in a month.


it’s stressing me out it also happened the month before and they keep charging me. What do I do?

If you have checked your bill @Siennahartx all the charges will be itemised.  It sounds like you have more than one number on the account.

I only have 1 phone number on there and in march I been charged a total of £175, it’s just ridiculous I don’t understand why they keep coming through. 

I’ve messaged the Instagram Vodafone account I just really need this sorted.

@Siennahartx - I can understand your concern with the high bill. Thanks for messaging my team on Instagram. I've searched for your message via the name you've registered to the Community with and nothing's showing. I hope one of my colleagues has now replied to you and clarified what the charges are for.
