Can someone please help me as I am actually at wits end with this company now!!!!

My phone was stolen last week I got a new SIM yesterday, the woman activated it for me on the phone, my calls and texts are working but when i am not connected to internet and trying to access online it is saying i am not subscribed to a data network. I am based in UK and data setting set to WAP tried PP and still the same! I have a number change pending (hopefully) but this issue was happening before the number change.

I have called around 3 times now and people keep hanging up and no response from online chats.

Hi @cw98x 

 

Th first thing to look at will be APN phone settings and make sure pay monthly is selected.  Try texting WEB to 40127 to download the correct APN settings.  Also, further information here: Set up your phone for internet 

 

If there are still problems, it may be account related where the data part of the account is still restricted after having your phone stolen.  To get data working follow the link and contact the Social Team through Twitter or Facebook here:  Contact Us

Is Mobile Data toggled On in your phone's settings @cw98x 

And if relevant make sure no data limit has been set in your phone or in your myvodafone i.e a Bar.
