I got a new phone with a new pay monthly sim for Christmas, but I have never got the sim working since I've got it. Everytime I put the sim in the phone, It says emergency calls only, and when I checked the MyVodafone app, the sim doesn't seem to appear on my account. Is there anyone who could help with this?

Does your phone definitely accept a Vodafone sim card @Haspencer9
i.e is it unlocked to all networks or locked to Vodafone ?
Who supplied the phone ? i.e Vodafone on that Pay Monthly Contract.
