It's not threes fault they tried telling me it was virgins fault I then rang vergin who said that from there end its been successful then rang Vodafone back up and they took responsibility I've not seen a solved post either yet they have now told me Monday that will be 2weeks

If you continue persevering with Live Chat, they will be able to raise a split port request on your behalf direct with Three and find the reason for the delay in releasing the porting files.

I was with virgin and Vodafone have already said its not virgins fault been on live chat everyday for 10 days now and tell me the same thing every day
