Delete Vodafone profile

I have no current plans but still have two Vodafone profiles I want to delete completely.  I can’t seem to do this from MyVodafone 

New phone as a gift

Hi all. We just recently got a new phone on a contract and it came yesterday, but it is for a Christmas gift. Am I ok to leave it in the box for another 3 weeks or does it have to be turned on and activated straight away?

Roaming Mexico

App issues

App won't display any usage on my account. I keep getting error code 5604. I've done the whole cache clear, reset app, username change ....everything but still no joy. Any ideas what this error code is?
