I was up for my "usual" upgrade but I don't require the lasted phone, usually. This time I decided I'd opt for the Ultra (20/21) for the camera which I'd use when out cycling, rather than purchase another device (camera).I was informed that there were no S20 or 21 ultras available,a plethora of excuse followed and various phones were offered,I explained why I wanted the Ultra and was told there were no expected deliveries and back-ordering (?) was not available.Eventually I asked for the S10 ,unavailable. The phones are all listed on the terrible website, terrible to navigate IMO,surely they should be shown as unavailable before you navigate the plan etc?As for the people on the end of the phone, well, what are they doing.I advised 1 I couldn't hear him and he seemed to get upset.,and they always direct you to the website, which I've never had before. They all seem so busy and are uninterested,IMO.And I've been a loyal customer since 2005,yes I was suprised but I've never been with another company and I've seen the changes.I've taken out a sim only with a 3 month upgrade option,it might be time to move.

Stay away from the S20 Ultra... Samsung don't have any S21 Ultra's in stock and so if Samsung don't have any to sell then you're going to be hard pressed finding one in stock anywhere else.

@WelshPaul why avoid the S20?And thanks for the help.

My partner and daughter use the s20 , not the Ultra and like their phone's @ringer
These will also be supported by Samsung via x3 major updates and 4 years worth of security updates.
@WelshPaul have you had a bad experience with the Samsung Galaxy s20 Ultra ?

Samsung never truly fixed the focus issue on the S20 Ultra and that is why I recommend anyone go with the S21 Ultra over the S20. 👍

It looks like most networks have delays as well as the manufacturer which can be attributed to the time of year and the shortage of chipsets etc.
Personally I wouldn't go back further than the s20 due to support via software and security updates.
Going sim only and waiting is probably the best scenario right now.

Yes I think so that's why I opted for sim only.
